Almost all the time, an economic policy often takes years to manifest. It is virtually impossible for one policy to have immediate effect unless it's like an immediate ban.
Clinton did not create jobs. Those jobs were from years of Reagan's work.
For jobs Clinton created, you need to cite which economic policy that actually led to job creation.
In the entire history of our country, there's never been a Republican president who hasn't caused a job killing recession or two while he served. In the last 55 years there have been 7 recessions. The 6 worst recessions were caused by Republicans. One minor one caused by Carter. Democrats have beaten Republicans hands down on job creation every time! Republicans cause 5 times more Recessions.
But, but, but,,, we must subsidize the rich, because repubtards believe they are job creators & they need super rich people to look up to, lead them & lie to them. LOL
Actually if you look at the facts those jobs are created by small businesses growing, they start under Republicans and grow to the point of hiring more people, and have always been responsible for any growth in the GDP and recovery from recessions. To give credit to Democrats is disingenuous at best as the government does not create the company and can only kill companies due to their policies.

The same Clinton who exported those same good paying jobs overseas through NAFTA and Chinese Trade remember Bill's last SOTUS we went from an industrial based economy to a service economy which pays far less and provides no HC ...You mean those jobs ?

Clinton made student loans NON-DISCHARGEABLE in BK, let's not forget that for any younger readers who may not have been around then or were still kids.
Student loans is a huge issue, even bigger than credit cards. It's an "elephant in the room" issue, because while most people feel no shame talking about $5-$10k credit card debt, a lot of people do feel shame in talking about $20-$50k in student loans and thus will avoid mentioning it in casual conversation.
