No, cause that WOULD be straight up discrimination. Especially looking at THIS election since so many of us, Deb AND Repug, are sick over Hillary and Trump running for POTUS.

Not according to the Supreme Court.

Democrats take the wealth that would be used to expand businesses leaving the little guys without a job and dependent on the charity of the Democrat government that is making itself rich.

All Hillary will do is complete Obama’s destruction and transform it into a socialist hell for the people. Just like they did four years ago, four years from now those people who voted Democrat will still be complaining about how bad things are and stupidly vote Democrat again like the insane people they are.

Big business is not a friend of small business. At every opportunity, big business will crush and eat small business and take its market.

Policies that benefit big business do not necessarily benefit small business, and may hurt small business.

Trump is the friend of big business--he himself has made direct decisions to hurt small businesses for the benefit of his own business. He will select judges who will do the same thing.

Clinton is no friend of small business either, and she will support policies for big businesses as well.

Inasmuch as nobody is going to get elected who doesn't support big business, no business owner today can predict which president would be better, and certainly not to the extent that he can fire anyone over which they voted for.

Trump will be better for small business simply based on taxation. Either way, when Obama raised taxes in 2013 I simply downsized and changed my focus. I should thank Obama for doing it because it changed my focus on enjoying the time I have. I went to different CPA's but no go. Those high taxes kicked the wind out of me.

Both nominees are advocating for making paid maternity leave mandatory.

It's one of those vote grabbers that Congress is unlikely to support.

I applaud Congress on not adding to the cost of employment, therefore not making hiring even less attractive.
