Could it be? Man is ice to truth and fire to falsehoods, as been stated? And a lie is sweet in the beginning, bitter in the end, truth is bitter in the beginning, sweet in the end! But the last part I disagree with! God forbid my partner informs me he's been cheating on me! Shut your mouth!
So why are so many out to crucify liars, if subconsciously, we want our political leaders to lie to us, since we can't handle the truth?
I look upon those that are persistent on telling the truth to be sadists, and those that are insistent on hearing the truth, as masochists.
In any election, it's the best liar, always, that wins, and who can be a better liar than Hillary!!!
Me? I'll be voting for the best liar as I'm simply not equipped to hear the truth! I want a candidate to tell me money won't run out for Medicare or Social Security until the year 2100!

All politicians lie, no surprise, but Trump is not a polished liar, he's a sloppy liar.
Lying is an art form, but it also take an elephantine memory to be the better liar, you need to remember every lie you've ever told and make sure your tracks are covered.
I have never left any tracks uncovered, but I'm beginning to worry, at 66, of memory loss!
