So... any parent can get a school voucher to have their kids attend any school of their choice?

You misunderstood. 2011 is the year it was re enacted. it was passed in 2010(Democrats were still in control of Congress)
As I said before when we discussed this, the program didnt actually show any promising results. It is however what the people in DC wanted even though it only helps a very small percentage of students.

I didnt say he voted for it, only that he supported it. Funny how you understood that term when using it to describe Clinton in your own post, but not Pence.
