Trump will be on a very short leash, especially when it comes to domestic policy. Nothing happens domestically without Congress. The Administration on the other hand has the worst oversight offshore and this is where HRC has already been running amok. The US will be for sale.

We do need infrastructure , but I will admit that a Federal implementation of this size would not be according to my tastes.

For fiscal conservatives, this plan and how it is paid for makes a lot of sense and could draw strong support on both sides of the aisle. A hybrid government/private sector plan that does not put the taxpayers on the hook for the bulk of it.

ok so whose paying for it? we go to work to build the bridge and get $10 an hour then pay $3.00hr in taxes-- to build it- so now we can't pay the rent

Oh no, not at all.

Obama pulled this same scam. Now Trump is proposing it. And once again people are buying into it, as if the same array of government entities who allowed this level of decay are somehow going to become stewards of progress and efficiency.
