You can't. I've found many people, mostly socialist and people from the alt right love to call themselves libertarians. But they agree with 1 or 2 libertarian bulletpoints and the rest of their views are 80% statist

You need to provide some sort of example of what you are talking about. A vague accusation concerning some vague event doesn't really mean much.

Libertarians for Trump is a good example. Also many Libertarians believe in a strong military and a public police force. These are all things that take power out of he market and put it into the hangs of the state

I think once again you are confusing Anarchists and Libertarians. Libertarians are NOT against laws. They simply believe they should be as few and as unobtrusive as possible.
