SPARK was the name of the creepy hobo cult in that movie Mouth to Mouth, I watched it last night, pretty screwed up movie but with weird choreography. They had their own political organization but I think it was more fascist than communist. "Street People Armed with Revolutionary Knowledge."
I never said it did, I said it failed to mention on the website. All they give is a crapload of background.
