What exactly are you trying to get at?
Dude shoots up the place, gets caught by the police and thrown in jail, gets tried, found guilty, and most likely will get the death penalty. But you're hung up on a sandwhich?
I think you're trying to create controversy where there is none.
That it's highly unusual at best for law enforcement to deliver fast food to a mass murder suspect. That wouldn't have happened to a black man that just killed multiple innocent white people. There's a good chance a black man that did something similar wouldn't have even been taken into custody without multiple bullet holes.. We both know this so stop playing dumb...

Do you have statistics or studies to back up any of your above assertions? I'd like to see them. Otherwise, you are making things up.
Frankly, I'm not impressed by your ... Anti-Statism or whatever you choose to call your views from AnCapistan. As per your replies to this thread thus far:
I stopped here on page 2 I think?
Well, we have a clear case of someone who did it. "Mentally ill" is a legal term in your system so you guys are down to arguing over that.

Making things up? Says the resident emotional poster.. Good one... Dude, how does someone that posts strictly opinion ask for statistics? Think about it...

And of course the racism & cheeseburgers angle.
It's quite titillating now.
Leave it to SJWs to find racism in sandwiches.
You gotta remember the 'clear case of someone who did it' is being tried in the United States of America, & not in your homeland of AnCapistan. Even so, & even as a foreign correspondent & commentator, you might want to clarify which case you're speaking about - the Walter Scott shooting? Or the Church shooting?
Apparently there are no mentally ill folks in your homeland? Therefore & as a result of, authoritatively speaking No Arguments Are Necessary Period.
Apparently if someone is murdered, the proper way to handle the perpetrator is to shun them? Or bore them to death with AnCapistani rhetoric. Bloody good show!
