Dude shoots up the place, gets caught by the police and thrown in jail, gets tried, found guilty, and most likely will get the death penalty. But you're hung up on a sandwhich?

That it's highly unusual at best for law enforcement to deliver fast food to a mass murder suspect. That wouldn't have happened to a black man that just killed multiple innocent white people. There's a good chance a black man that did something similar wouldn't have even been taken into custody without multiple bullet holes.. We both know this so stop playing dumb...

Even so, & even as a foreign correspondent & commentator, you might want to clarify which case you're speaking about - the Walter Scott shooting? Or the Church shooting?
