As long as that doesn't happen to me they are very guilty! There is no criminal charge so no need to plea the 5th!

People take the fifth all the time in front of Congress. What you're posting (guilty if they plead the fifth) is basically unconstitutional and isn't consistent with our American judicial system.

The 5th amendment is a right guaranteed by the Constitution--just as the 2nd is. Would you advocate someone giving up their 2nd amendment rights?
No inference of Guilt or Innocence attaches to a person invoking their 5th amendment rights.

Not unconstitutional at all. All that poster did was express a personal opinion on how pleading the 5th looks to him . . . he didn't state that those individuals don't have the right to plead the 5th. But, let's be clear, pleading the 5th, which is one's right, necessarily means that something that one would have to say under oath would incriminate one (hence, its essentially shouting out that "I've broken the law"). The fact that one cannot be charged for merely pleading the 5th (which I think is a good thing) doesn't change this point.

Many got immunity bad pleaded 5th. If nothing happened than why did they get immunity and plea the 5th.
