But really they are no different from republicans who act like all whites over 50 who don't vote for them are stupid America hating traitors.

This is a 2 year old interview, so it really can't speak to what they are thinking currently.
Comments like this anger a lot of black people for good reason. Calling blacks who vote democrat "slaves who live on the plantation" and referring to the people they vote for as there "massa" are very inflammatory and racist statements and make the entire Republican Party look bad and racist.
that's the heart and soul of the democrat party ideology. That is why they have been pushing for more direct democracy and less Republican form of Government.
This is why they want to block Voter ID laws. This is why they want to remove the electoral college. This is why they want to legalize illegals now, and block any effort to stop illegal immigration

She didn't say don't think. She claimed you should think about what is in your interest and if you do you will likely determine that the Democratic party candidate is the best choice. Hardly surprising conclusion for a Democrat.
