I agree. The best result for America would be a thorough non-partisan investigation, followed by a fair trial if warranted. Convicted or not, the American people will have done the right thing (again).

Give her a trial and hopefully she will be locked up and the money will automatically be taken as it wasn't honestly received but part of bribery.

There will be no more investigations, no trial, no prosecution, no nothing. Trump will not do anything cause he knows what comes around, goes around.

Do you think that the FBI is going to let her slide now? After having their credibility questioned? They hung on even as the Dept of Justice, most of the media, and half the country tried to shut them down.

I do believe there will be a void in the lives of the right wing with Clinton now gone from the public eye. She will do fine and I doubt her speaking engagements will change, quite the opposite.

You people can't handle success.
Nope. Ford pardoned Nixon as well as a ton of draft dodgers. You can receive a blanket pardon.

If she still gets $250K a pop for a bland speech from Goldman I will be very surprised. She is not a great speaker unlike Bill or Obama. She's a policy wonk so I suspect more of her efforts will be behind the scenes.

I don't think someone can be pardoned BEFORE they have been convicted.

Certainty NOT let go.

Most everyone who has had a TS clearance knows they would have been prosecuted AND convicted for doing 1/10th of what she did.
