Harry Reid changed all that... remember. There is no such thing as the ability to filibuster like the old days where it actually accomplished anything. Reid reduced it to a dog & pony show with no teeth.

And it is November 9th, 2016 and by July 2017 that will be corrected to be fair trade, since we are not on the same playing field as 3rd world globalist nations.
