They questioned his legitimacy and his patriotism daily; remember all the talk on here of how Obama was seeking to bring down America, was working for the terrorists, was trying to spread socialism / communism, etc.

So actually, the most rampant hypocrisy on FULL display is, ironically enough.... yours.

So let's not pretend like one side has some moral high ground here.

I agree with what your saying, Problem i have is with violence of any kind no matter who is doing it. I don't care who is called what, i cannot control what people think. They are going to say things about any President, and they have.

I knew someone the other night that was stuck in traffic for hours on end, due to these idiots. He said things were being hurdled at cars. That is not right. I have a problem with stopping the flow of traffic, and being violent.

I have never thought or said Obama should be hanged, that is just not right. Never liked him or his policies or agenda, but wish him no harm and have stated that on this forum many times.
And the othe side said plenty of offensive things towards Bush. Cannot control that.

Do you agree with the stupid protesting going on where you live. What does it accomplish tell me. I had a friend at a Trump rally, who was sucker punch in the face, and kicked by a bunch of buffoons in the ankles. Had to see a Doctor, and to this day having trouble with his ankle. Think that is right. This is the problem i have.
Don't pretend it is only conservatives , because that is a lie, your side can dish it out pretty well also. Is this right maybe not, maybe everyone needs to look at themselves.

Cannot control what is in people's mind, never will. But acts of sheer stupidity, and hurting innocent people i have a problem, with.

Which is it?
It is not the being mean to Donald. It is what is going on in the Streets. Stopping the flow of traffic in LA. is just insanity.

It is hurdling stones and rocks at owner's store front property. It is jumping onto the cars of passer by vehicles. It is screaming and cussing at people driving cars.

That is unnessary is it not. Death threats to a incoming President or sitting President is a crime.

Don't give a damn who you hate, but acting a fool, and stopping traffic in LA is just nuts.

Most people care about the protestors stopping them from working and driving. Unnecessary.

Don't u think. Some one and some have already been hurt. What is the purpose.

It's like whiny kids when mom comes home with Cheerios instead of fruit Loops; waaaa I'm not eating that.

Mom: deal with it!

Kid: puts sugar in it, and everything is right with the world.

whose being unAmerican now?!!
That applied to legal immigrants, not illegal aliens.

what if you are actually multi racial- its not a "thing" its you- its not "talk" or politically correct-- its your world view-
can you try to wrap you head around that?...

and guess what people of all races make up this country- this is a country made up of many cultures, it is what makes America great.

"all men are created equal" under the rule of law and our constitution right?!

so lets all be respectful of that --

They did not mean every Tom Dick and Harry, illegal who comes here illegally. Talking about those who had PRIDE in becoming an American Citizen with legalized Status. They can breathe fresh air, being an American Citizen. My ancestors became American Citizens, no matter how long it took, and were treated badly when they first arrived. They did not care, how long it took, learned the language found work, and finally became American Citziens, they had such pride in doing so.

And times are different now, different era, with people dying to destroy us look what Isil has already done and how many they have killed. Think they are done with us think again.

And if you really want to talk about Respect, then why don't those who wish to come here abide by our laws and come here legally, if they respect the US and our cutlure.
