President Donald Trump: The people who predicted the Republican would win | The Independent

Very few people on any side predicted a Trump win. Those that did are quite a motely crew.

Rush Limbaugh - predicted it when Trump first joined presidential race in 2015

Michael Moore

Ann Coulter

Piers Morgan

Stephan Molyneux (alt right YouTube Vlogger)

Tim Wise - anti racist advocate (later back peddled but predicted toss up)

Trevor Kavanaugh - former editor of England's Sun newspaper

Arie Kapteyn - ran USC / LA Times poll, only widely quoted poll to show Trump leading*

*He found that by asking "who are your neighbors voting for?" he could detect hidden Trump voters

Don't forget Professor Helmut Norpoth. He said it was 97% and has nailed the last eight elections.

I'm not sure, nor do I care, what your point is other than: You can't fix stupid.

Trump won. America won.

That's all that matters.

Actually the polls showed a Trump surge at the end. The last no toss ups electoral count on realclearpolitics had Hillary ahead by only six electoral votes on the no toss up states map and there were quite a few toss up states. The surge really began when Comey reopened the investigation. We should thank Weiner for making Trump a winner.

My barber explained his Trump prediction like this. He had just made a 3000 mile trip and he counted the Trump signs and the clinton signs and Trump came out way, way, way ahead. Sounded good to me.
