The younger generation isn't informed of those jobs they're brainwashed and told everyone should have a cubicle farm job. Because the 4 year private colleges and so on want to keep their money rolling in.

Jobs will come back to the Rust Belt when 1.) liberal City Councils and mayors are taught how NOT to stifle economic growth by creating a better business climate. 2.) When unions get realistic about the wages they "deserve." 3.) When Minimum wage activists take ECON 101. 4) when Common core is destroyed and kids learn skills. 5) when we have truly progressives taxes that are lower for everybody without the "breaks" for special interests.

Tape their eyes open and make them watch Office Space until it sinks in.

I totally agree on that a lot of those guys really need to get a grip and take some economics classes.

What's your threshold on whether or not he is successful?

Why don't the naysayers give a # and let's see where they stand.
Lol Another Trump bot. Explain to me how you think he will be doing what you think he is going to.

That question will be hard to answer considering he has only provided Twitter style ideas as a response to every time he was asked about his agenda. "I will defeat ISIS." "I'm gonna build a wall".

I didn't like Hillary and didn't vote for her but AT LEAST she tried to bullish!t her base. Whether or not her agenda and plans would have worked, she would try to articulate some sort of good thoughts.

Your man Trump has been a media fiasco that only was followed because he's entertaining. I question your intelligence if you expect a reality show star that inherited all of his money and wouldn't think twice of you because of your economic status got to where he is by just shooting from the hip with his statements to stay relevant is going to sustain this country. "Just trust me....i don't know how I'll do what you think I'm gonna do, but just Hail Mary and it'll be okay..."

This has been trumps style and he's fooled you.

I hate to break it to you also, even the objective people DONT want to see Trump fail because that means America is going down. His own party didn't fully back him. That says something.

When all of the other common items you buy regularly become expensive you wouldn't. A coffee maker only costs you once unless it breaks. Would you feel comfortable paying $150 every time you needed gas too as long as it magically came from America? Hypothetically speaking

I already posted an article from the WSJ for you to read but apparently you didn't. So back something up with facts or...
So you stated what isn't coming back but neither you nor Trump indicated what jobs are going to return to the rust belt, lacking that it sure appears to be more empty campaign promises.

Trump is going to bus everyone looking for jobs in the Rust belt to VA/WVA,PA and let them work in new and better coal mines reviving a fading industrial sector. Oh and DTjr is going into the coal mining business.

Can a worker with a salary of 34 USD/Hour stand against a worker for 3 USD per Hour?

I don't think so.

That's the point I keep trying to make to the Trumpkins but they clearly don't understand capitalism. It's kind of ironic actually, they like to whine about "socialism" but then they basically propose socialism by demanding state regulation of business (to prevent them from fleeing to cheaper climes).

The easiest way to fix both illegal immigration and the economic crisis is a sort of American Union covering North and South America. A common market, a common military, a common currency, and a common nationality. One nation from the Arctic to the Antarctic. Also, it's rather obvious that the US would be the dominant force within this union - similar to the role played by Germany within the EU so spare me the "muh 'Murican sovereignty" drama. Think of it as the Articles of Confederation on steroids.
