That wall is going to come back to haunt them in the form of government spending. Look at the election results. It needs but the smallest of tilts for the pendulum to swing the other way. Spending is one of many subjects that can do it.

It'll be the biggest, stupidest, waste of money, ever. It'll cost a heck of a lot more than 12 billion.

God, I hope he tries to build it.

How about we use bullets? They are cheaper and we can shoot any of these invaders as they cross the border?

Heck we can have "illegal" hunting seasons in rotation with people going out and bagging them criminal invaders?

Sounds good?

Dangerous.. will need multiple ladders and many people to apply such in order to coordinate getting it up. Also, you are very easy to spot in doing so and many will have trouble doing it (60ft foot ladder).

Sure, people can get it, but nobody said it would be a 100%, but it is a damn sight better than the cattle herding they do now. A

Anyone who says this won't help is just pushing their political bias and support for illegals to enter.

I don't know.
It seems pretty cowardly to shoot unarmed women and children.
Aren't they like, risking their own safety to try and escape economic hardship?

Sort of like, your own family did once upon a time?

But.........aside from the facts that I would need a small airplane to get there and water would be an issue, the biggest problem is that it's "war zone" land. It's too close to a very active border to even think about having it.....even if it is just $2500.

Well, not quite. A and B. A: Trafficking is a big concern in LE circles. Such as, "if you stop a car full of trafficked people and you are the only officer, you are in GRAVE danger because their enforcement car will be very close.".

B: On the local level, my F-250 was almost stolen out of a parking lot in New Braunfels a few years ago. I understand the migrant movers love big trucks like mine for their jobs and that the F-250 is very high on the list for trucks to steal.

Beautiful land seemed like a nice place to pitch a tent for a week.

Sounds like you defend criminals. Do you also wag your finger at rape victims and people who defend their homes against invaders?

My family didn't enter the country as criminals and then demand to be treated as legals.

Hey, I am equal rights to women, sorry.. but you don't' get to demand equality then turn around and whine about not being treated differently.

As for children, any man or woman who would bring their child to such a dangerous area doesn't give a crap about them and is at fault for such endangerment.
