Because it makes him look bad as head of the administration which did not turn over the executive branch in a peaceful dignified manner

Trump hurting his own image as president elect doesn't hurt me at all.

People who are vandalizing or hurting people need to be arrested. Protesters? Nope, they are well within their rights to protest PEACEFULLY.

Problem is that they rarely if ever do protest peacefully.
Take a look at last nights RIOTS in Portland ,OR and other destruction.

I don't consider vandalizing property , shutting down freeways peaceful.

Shutting down a freeway at the beginning of a three day holiday weekend as happened in our City of Angels where, what 80% of the people voted on the side of the protesters? That is the very definition of friendly fire.

Haha--what hypocrites you are.

Can't have it both ways. All we've heard is but, but, but, Obama is a lame duck and he can do nothing.

Now Trump is elected and the protests are a direct result of his words and actions, and you claim Obama is responsible. Why should Obama clean up Trump's mess??

Total and absolute hypocrisy on the part of the OP.

Only upside is that maybe more people will realize the idiocy and unproductive nature of the liberal left and 'socialists'

I never said any of that. Never mentioned him or his as a lame duck. Not my style. I would say something like : He is more like a rubber duck in the bath tub. He floats on top of water and is a lot of fun but a turd could do that too.

What I have said is he fails at leadership every time he has a chance to exercise it.

The protest are a direct result of uneducated people who don't have a clue how the Republic was set up to work. It is a result of the failure of education that has been replaced by indoctrination. Along with media and the propaganda they put out that never prepared them by giving both sides of the issues or the candidates the same coverage. It is the same as what happens when some parent convinces their kid they are special and the best baseball player on the team even when he strikes out every time at bat and drops every ball he catches.
He is special alright, just like you, no hypocrisy there

Again divisive.

Bill Clinton called Trump supporters rednecks. Divisive.

What feelings of yours got hurt that you need Trump to apologize to you. Are you an illegal immigrant rapist or murderer or are you an Islamic terrorist?..

We need Trump because liberals like Obama haven't gotten things done and spend too much time distracted with Black Lives Matter nonsense and other social justice warrior bs.
Well, I'm not out protesting so it really doesn't matter if my feelings are hurt or not.

But since Trump is the one who demonized mexicans, Muslims, and degraded women - HE should be the one to quiet the storm.

Apologize; assure the protestors that their reasonable voices will be heard.

What IS so hard about that. Trump called himself the great Unifier. Yet suddenly he cannot bring himself to get in front of a camera and make a heartfelt speech.

He is not in office and has no authority to action as a president yet. He may surprise when he takes office.
He doesn't have to 'act like a President" in order to apologize for his divisive words. He has only to act like a normal human being.

They keep repeating the same lies that Trump is either the leader of the KKK or Hitler
How many minority employees do they pay a salary to?
Trump has thousands of employees of all backgrounds.
