Michael Moore disputed the notion that all the people who voted for President-elect Donald Trump are racist Friday, reiterating the fact that millions of them voted for President Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012.

“They’re not racist,” Moore said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

“They twice voted for a man whose middle name is Hussein.

That’s the America you live in.”

Yet another example.

Funny how people now like to quote Michael Moore and use him to support Trump, whereas before, to these very same people, he was nothing but a far left lunatic who deserved to get his arse beat.

Kind of like Trump's supporters flip flopping on Assange and wikileaks as they see fit.

Yeah seriously. Moore is speaking the truth. Just this time, the truth in coinciding with their own thoughts. The fact remains that one group of people are VERY happy for the past 3 days, the white supremacists. Hillary was partially right when she coined the basket of deplorables. There's several of them that post here, but just like Michael Moore, I grew up in the Rust Belt. I KNOW the people who voted for Trump and voted for the Democrats before him. They want CHANGE, and the Democrats have failed to deliver time and time again. They will go with whomever promises them to shake things up. I can tell who a racist is versus someone who just wants things to get better. Both types were my neighbors for a long time, and still are since I still live in rust belt PA. Yeah winters suck here, but I love Pennsylvania, it's my adopted home state. The racists are small in number, no matter how loud they are and now how emboldened they feel.

It doesn't matter. Donald Trump went on national TV and said that stop & frisk would be a good national policy. I don't care what those Trump supporters were actually voting for, but the reality is they voted to make being Black probable cause. To me, supporting racist policy is as good as being a racist.

Trump's voters said, I want to see something happen, and I'm willing to sacrifice the dignity and rights of Black men to achieve it.

You think I don't feel nervous about the whole thing? But we gotta face the facts. At least you live in Chicago. I live in ground zero Trumplandia. But I'm not going anywhere

I guess you guys agree with Michael Moore who also said that Trump should be resisted at every step of the way.

More like saying he understood what happened while others keep on with racist, sexist homophobic, Islamophobic,,,,,rant as they don't see it. Or refuse to admit they see themselves as the elite of the Moore masses.

I have to agree with this. I am ignoring all the racist asshats, which is what everyone should be doing. I wish all those "peaceful" protesters would meet up with that klan rally. That's a protest I could get behind.

I've always hated Moore, but he's spot on with this one. He understands that until they finally get this through their thick skulls, they will continue to lose elections. They are not helping themselves, just making it worse and they flat out refuse to listen to anything otherwise.

I agree. There is no need to quote him in what should already be understand as true. The sky is blue.
