At the very least you'll have to make a public apology.
That is quite doubtful indeed.

As a kid I couldn't have given any less of a rip over anything politics-related. But media was less in our faces back then, and who knows what in Hell they're picking up in school nowadays.

If it wasn't your dad, it as your friend's dad. Or grandpa or your uncle. Sometimes, it was a teacher.

Amazingly, we got through it all okay.

I remember being in fourth grade and chanting "Carter, Carter, he's our man/Ford belongs in the garbage can!" We didn't know what the F we were talking about. We heard it all from grownups.

This is not new.
Not in my home. My parents showed more respect then that. All we knew was that they were Republicans. They didn't discuss politics with small children, nor did they rant and rave about their favored candidate. The news media actually reported the news at 6 o'clock. It didn't spin webs of deceit 24/7, nor report the station owner's opinion as factual news. It didn't try to scare people half to death with rumors of war and destruction. It didn't support one candidate, while trashing the other.

There was something that prevailed back in the 50s that society lacks today. It was called Respect. It was also called The Family Unit.

Liberalism is a mental disorder. The evidence of this currently roams our city streets like a ravenous wolf, burning and attacking the police because Hillary lost. Liberalism throws its own children into the street for voting for the opposing candidate in school. Liberalism purposely frightens little children by telling them wars will break out if Hillary isn't elected to the presidency. Liberalism trashes the family unit. It trashes the church. It trashes marriage, God and country. It trashes white people, black people, Hispanic people and every other race of people who only want to get along and live in peace. It trashes long-standing tradition in favor of all things twisted and indecent.

The progressive liberals are pissed because they lost control of our country a few days ago. Now they're going to burn down our cities while wrongly calling it Freedom of Speech. They'd better make it good. I suspect it'll be the last time society sits back and lets them burn and loot at will for days on end. Trump is moving in. And he's bringing a New Thing.

Sadly, yes. Our public school system is a joke as instead of focusing on critical thinking and the training of the mind to think, our schools instead focus on a curriculum that prioritizes social cooperation training and equal outcomes regardless of differing ability and learning effort levels. Of course, the result is a severely dumbed down populace. And that social cooperation training hasn't worked out, at all. Witness the violent protests.

Children take their emotional cues from their parents. If the parent is crying and expressing fear the children are going to emulate their parents. Most children don't even know what an election is, the parents need to get a grip and grow up!

Let them keep the insults coming... They'll PERMANENTLY lose their "blue wall" states.

Seriously?

If a kid that age is allowed to stress over politics, there is a major parenting problem present. Kids should be enjoying their childhood, not increasing their chances of stress related illness like cancer over political issues they do not yet have the life experience to even fully understand.

These failures of parents should be ashamed of themselves.
Exactly!

This is all the MEDIA in operation.

Make no mistake about it, they do not like the idea that Donald Trump win.

So they make us look at women and children crying in the streets, etc etc.

I've never been so HAPPY to that Donald Trump has won. The tears of the MEDIA are sweet as candy.

Maybe this country can take some of its voice back.

No kid is stressed out about Trump winning that didn't get fed a load of crap by the adults around them.

I think it's appropriate to discuss his behavior, comments, etc, if you want to talk about being disrespectful and talking poorly of women, etc.

Creating horror stories about what is going to happen to them if one candidate wins vs another is disgusting.
