Really....you think Palin will end up in the cabinet, as Trump hands out positions to reward supporters?

Why not. She would be a great advocate for the country as Secretary of the Interior.

Leftist misogyny towards her notwithstanding, Sarah Palin would be a great Secretary of the Interior. I hope she gets it.

Think about it. This is the department that oversees federal lands. Alaska is mostly federal land. It deals with conservation and natural resources. It deals with oil. This was a lot of what she dealt with as the Governor of Alaska. Also, she is a hunter and has great respect for nature and the great outdoors.

For those of you who are hoping that Trump will install a Bernie Sanders greenie in this position, I offer you this:

Ask the people of Alaska how they feel about her commitment to government service.

She should be as Alaska has a big fishing industry that is regulated by the govt so she would be a good representative for them. I read this recently & wanted to share here as well:

What a Gay, Muslim, Pakistani-American Immigrant Learned Traveling to Rural Alaska the Week Before the Election | Glenn Beck

Well, I asked about the federal cabinet. Not Alaska.

I was born and raised in hunting land. I can assure you that hunters are the last ones to have a "great respect for nature and the great outdoors." They are very happy with canned hunts on privately own land. They are also okay with oil drilling in nature, even with massively destructive oil spills. Example: Despite the BP oil spill that destroyed a shrimping industry, cost millions of citizens their livehihood, and displaced many, Louisiana is very much in favor of increased drilling right offshore its land on the Gulf.

It's the treehuggers who have "great respect for nature and the great outdoors." They view it as something for us to preserve as stewards for future generations.

There's a big difference in viewpoint.

Like to see Rep. Bob Inglis or Kevin K. Washburn Head of the Department of Interior. Then Jay Faison head of the EPA. It would bring the Republicans back to Theodore Roosevelt era!
