I know this is an off posts, but I remember during the primary and general election when something terrible would come out about Trump. A day or two would pass and then he would come out with a positive spin on the situation. I was amazed at his ability to keep a positive outlook and draw optomism out of what other people thought would make him fail.
Does anybody remember these specific instances? I'm trying to rememeber them for the sake of inspiraton.
One such example was late in the general when all those republicans turned their backs on him and paul ryan spoke publically withdrawing his support. Trump came out and said "the shackles have been removed and finally I can run the campaign the way I want".
I know he got a lot of inspiration from Norman Vinscent Peale. Can anyone remember the specific instances during the primary or general where Trump turned lemons into lemonaid?
