I'm guessing the rest of the Muslim murderers and terrorists in Gitmo. Got to get them back to killing Americans before president Trump takes office.

Can Hillary be pardoned from something she hasn't been charged with yet? Would a blanket clemency from Obama have to be honored by Trump?

I suspect Trump would welcome a pardon. In his 60 Minutes interview he didn't seem to have any inclination to go after her.

Yes, Nixon was not charged with anything when he was pardoned. However in order to accept the pardon, she has to admit her guilt.

As a Trump supporter I believe he has more important things to do than focus on her. If his DOJ or FBI are bored let them do an investigation and file charges if they deem fit, but it shouldn't be tops on his to do list, focus on the country, not a washed up anti American.

Clinton doesn't have to accept anything he can do it without even consulting her. He can pardon her for any crimes she may have committed up until that point in time the power of pardon is such that doesn't have to spell out a crime she may have committed.

Personally, I think it's unlikely he'll pardon Snowden. If he wanted to, I feel as though he already would have. Doomsday scenario, he would maybe do so if he thought it would damage Trump's presidency, and that's assuming that it would and he wants that, which I don't think he would and I don't think he really wants to.

I have no problem with this. Plus it looks awful going after a political opponent with criminal charges. I'd prefer Trump make Chris Christie IRS Commissioner and sic him on Geoge Soros.
