The issue has even hit the VP. It can be said he lied about what he knew about the campaign. The POTUS lies coming to hit the entire administration.

Gee, if the election had just gone the other way.... we would have already been experiencing a betterment for the country, actually having a President and VP getting work done, not wasting time on LIES, deception or tweeting. (And she was called crooked.... ).

There appears to be no penalty for this constant lying.
Trump accused Obama of a crime. Not a shred of evidence and many who said it was nonsense. Yet, on we go. I don't think Trump even suffered in the court of public opinion.
Does anyone really expect him to tell the truth? Even his own staff can't keep up with him and say things like, "If it happened," when referring to his latest lie.

Its the result of a cultlike following, he can say anything he likes and his base will accept it with no question,
to these people he is on par with God,he can do no wrong.
,thus the easy acceptance of his lies.
It's as if the last lie doesn't count when a new one is thrown out.

Gallup has Trump's approval rating at 40%. 40%!
Trump supports a wildly unpopular healthcare bill that is nowhere close to what he supported during the campaign.
Trump spends over two hours chatting with Putin with only the oil man as a witness and that guy won't go on camera to answer questions about what went on.
Now we are told to believe that Trump knew nothing about the Russian hacking to influence the election when his own son, son-in-law, and campaign manager met last June with a Russian lobbyist to discuss just that. Shortly thereafter, voila! Wikileaks starts dumping emails.
And his approval rating is at 40%?
How can that be?
