POTUS spent yesterday basically admitting that he and his family have committed crimes which are against the country, that they may need to be pardoned by the President

So when will the POTUS tell the country what crimes he and family committed. There is a long list of suspected crimes on different CD threads. So which one will he pardon his family from first, my guess is conspiracy to commit banking fraud.

So the spin is that no crimes were committed and that any crimes committed were years ago don't count because of the statute of limitations, and that Mueller should stay out of Trump family financial affairs, and, by the way, can the POTUS pardon himself?

Kellyanne Conway is back on Fox with her alt-facts nonsense, sounding exactly like someone posting on this very forum. Does Kellyanne have a twin by any chance?

Tillerson, the only one allowed to sit in on Trump's meetings with Putin and various Russian spies, was CEO of Exxon-Mobil when it violated U.S. sanctions in running oil deals with the Kremlin.

Trump is sending out one tweet after another. Some are just PR, others are clearly someone trying to sound like Trump but missing key elements.

It's not just Trump who is nuts.

Looks like he will need to pardon son's, son in law, daughter and some of his cabinet.
Tillerson, Ross and family all have hands in money laundering. Other members of cabinet have ties to Goldman-Sachs. So bank fraud may come out.

When a POTUS pardons someone, do they have to spell out the crimes they are being pardoned for or can they just announce "any and all crimes committed?"

Another question, if Trump pardons various flunkies for federal laws around banking, can say, the NY AG then use this as evidence in state cases on these same matters?

I believe that the crime needs to be spelled out, so he would need to admit that he, Cabinet or family, did commit a crime.

So it is up to a judge if admitting to a federal crime can be used as evidence in state prosecutions for the same crime?

Does double jeopardy enter into this anywhere?

POTUS and his lies will bring down a lot of people. The Rats are jumping ship, Spicer will not be the last.

Speaking of pardoning, is there any way we can roll back the clock 7 months to the election and allow people a do-over? Considering Trump's approval ratings, I suspect someone else would win the White House and we would not be in the mess we are now. Even assuming Trump is not a criminal (unlikely,) how much time has he spent addressing his personal dramas? He's supposed to be working for Americans. Being POTUS is not supposed to be the pinnacle role of reality TV.
