Oh, dear.

Looks like U.S. steel pipe and pork might be hit first with tariffs followed by soybeans, cars and cotton.

Good times.

Yesterday started out with Trump tweeting about how he could beat up Joe Biden and make him cry.

Then the lead attorney on his team of legal eagles threw in the towel, probably over Trumps' refusal to shut up.

Trump spent the day composing Twitter attacks on Special Counsel Mueller. Always a good move when you are under investigation for obstruction of justice.

In the midst of badmouthing Mueller, Trump tweets out that he's fired McMasters and hired, of all people, that nutcase Bolton to be his National Security Advisor.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Congress passed a spending bill that causes people to question their sanity as well.

Oh, and there is a tariff war starting with China. Dow drops.

Fasten your seat belts. We are in for a bumpy ride.

All pure spin.

Mueller is not the man the mainstream media has painted him to be. He has a record that is unsavory, withholding exculpatory evidence in order to protect an FBI informant, resulting in four innocent men imprisoned (later exonerated, but not before two of them died in prison). That is only ONE case involving Mueller.

Trump's legal team is the best there is.

John Bolton is no "nutcase." He is eminently qualified, and his knowledge of history and foreign policy will be a great asset to President Trump. He could not have made a better choice.

As for tariffs: The purpose of tariffs is to protect American business against unfair trade practices. They are also the means by which the Federal Government obtained revenue before the income tax. There was no provision made in the Constitution for an income tax. As part of the authority to "regulate" foreign commerce was the power to tax; i.e., tariffs.

The only "bumpy ride" is what the Left is creating with their constant opposition to everything this President is trying to do. They are, as they openly admit, "The Resistance." They are turning us into a third world country. This has become even more clear with what has been revealed about high level government officials (McCabe et al) conspiring to unseat President Trump, a duly elected President, whom they did everything possible in an attempt to see that he never became President. This is corruption at the highest level of government, and Mr. Obama is also involved. They should all be taken out in cuffs and imprisoned for the rest of their lives.

That is like going to the market and buying a the sole remaining head of lettuce--brown and borderline slimy--and claiming you bought the "best head of lettuce" at the market...

You and so many other Trump supporters will have lot to answer for---not that you will accept responsibility...after this man crashes and burns and takes the rest of us with him...
Have any money in the market???
Today will be worse IMO...

Politico has short article that Trump is rumbling he won't sign the spending bill...
Nothing about DACA and little money for his wall (but plenty for those in Middle East)...

Likely he will sign it---but with Congress scattered, it would certainly be major event
Frankly would love it if he did refuse to sign it--thumb in the eye to Ryan and McConnell

Trump has been all about getting back to his "true" self--meaning doing what I want when I want it
But likely he got enough news/attention by hiring Bolton
Maybe if Rosenstein's news conference is about Guccifer2.0 then he will need to choke it out and will refuse to sign the spending bill--
That is about the ony thing except shooting a missle that could capture news focus...
If he felt threatened about something coming from Mueller...

POTUS has done all of this on his own. He has lied to everyone in the country. He is trying to put our economy back 100 years.

He may start some sort of war next, just to deflect from the Russia issue.

From TeaPain's Twitter this morning:

"The Trump Presidency is like a one-legged washin' machine on the spin cycle. This weekend it's gonna wobble right off the front porch".

I'd much prefer that he be a "great asset" to the people of the United States of America and their allies.
