The answer is simple

NO

The entire "drain the swamp" meme implies exactly that.

I thought Democrats already live in Sweden... at least in their minds they do

I always thought DC (as in the US capitol) should have been a special zone where no one is allowed to have residence, and control of the area would be through the DOI or something. So basically, the area along the mall should be the capitol, everything else belong to the state.

If C-D holds a "dumbest thread of the year" contest this one would be one of the finalists :-)

Republicans need safe spaces now?...LOL!

Why do you even bother with the pretense that it should be moved to a "neutral" location? We all know you would prefer it to be in a conservative, right wing friendly location. I mean, Texas, Kansas City??? How are those even close to neutral? If anything, both of those locations would be about as far from neutral as you can get.

If it's a right wing utopia you're looking for why don't you move to somewhere like Saudi Arabia? They have a theocratic right wing form of government you'd probably enjoy.

If it has to be moved, a declining rust belt city like Flint, Gary, or Youngstown would actually be good choices.
