I never believed that most of what Conservatives blamed Obama for were actual complaints. They were just ways to try to discredit his administration w/ whatever thing they could try to "blame" on Obama. For example, we know:

...that Black unemployment will continue to lag White unemployment as it has always done for the entire history of this country. Suddenly, in the last 8 years, Conservatives have gotten really "concerned" about how little progress Black U/E has made vs White U/E and laid the blame entirely on Obama... Will we see that concern continue under the Trump administration... Will Conservatives demand to see Black job prospects improve under Trump the way they did under Obama…

...that Conservatives blamed anything that looked like Black racial angst on Obama for creating an atmosphere from his bully pulpit that condoned Black racism. Will that expectation that the President is responsible for bridging racial gaps and reaching racial harmony continue under the Trump administration...

...that Conservatives were apoplectic with Obama during his campaign for being too friendly with Russia and Putin (the “I’ll have more flexibility after the election” conversation). Will that same outrage continue under the Trump administration, considering we already have confirmation from Russia that they were in direct communication with Trump’s team during the campaign and Trump is clearly Russia’s preferred person to have in the White House…

...that Conservatives bring up the widening income gap between the classes and were very vocal about the Obama administration’s lack of solutions that turned this trend around. Will the same outrage be there when the Trump administration cuts support for unions, blue collar workers, and the middle class, while funneling billions into the pockets of the top percentiles…

...POTUS’ vacation time,
…expenses incurred while traveling
...how much of the deficit and budget POTUS “inherits”
...the debt ceiling standoff
...the demand for using the U6 unemployment

Well… you get the point. With Trump in power, we’ll see how much of the opposition to Obama was based on ideology, and how much was based on trying to sabotage and discredit his presidency. My prediction is we’ll see a lot of rank hypocrisy in these next few years b/c for Conservatives, it’s party first, country second.
