Of course Congress could still pursue the matter independent of Trump. Also, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Miller were not mentioned as being included in this proposed amnesty.
So what if Trump won't, personally, that doesn't negate the fact that Sessions can.

They sure ate it up at the second debate and at rallies, didn't they?

I think the Trump administration made a wise statement, though (for a change! lol). The backfire possibility with the admin possibly being accused of continuing a witch hunt when there are major issues to deal with (if she is called in to testify again and still found innocent) plus all the controversy surrounding the FBI director's surprise statement 11 days before the election factors in IMO.

Better just to face the temporary scrutiny/question: "Why did you say one thing at the second debate and a different thing about Clinton now?" Will blow over in a week or so.

Everyone, disregard these bots, they are on paid duty to fight this. Best to ignore them and move on, they aren't worth basic discussion, or response. They are wrong, they know it, let them fade off as the laughing stock liars they are.

The Alt-Left is dishonest on this point.

Hillary's maid did not have a security clearance, but Hillary directed her to routinely access and print off classified info. That is illegal, period. We have emails of Hillary directing the maid and the maid admitted it.

If a low level CIA guy had his babysitter routinely access and print off classified info the Alt-Left wouldn't bat an eye if he got a jail sentence.

This is about the Alt-Left opposing the rule of law so that we can have a Banana Republic like system where laws are for the little people and political opponents.

The Alt-Left:

-Not true liberals

-Banana Republic (ie laws are for the little people and political opponents)

-Open borders

-Globalists

-Silence speech with safe spaces and screams of bigot and other names

-Cultural relativists except for the dominant culture

Frankly I disagree with this decision strongly. I would be in prison in a snap if I misused/mishandled my security clearance and the information I'm entrusted with in the Marines. She deserves the same punishment as any other and Americans and immigrants don't need a bad example of the powerful skirting the rules.

It is too early to say for sure but it seems maybe Trump may be on a path to getting everyone to hate him including those that voted for him. I know a lot of people that voted for him as a way of giving Hillary the bird.

Something tells me this was one of the brilliant moves by Donald Trump because during the election, so many people hated Hillary, the fuel of the fire grew bigger. "LOCK HER UP!" . Now, he can change his mind..... And hopefully, if she is still a bad girl, he can change his mind again.... I think hanging it over her head is part of the strategy to keep her in line.
