JFK's overrated. Not to be a dick, but I feel like a huge amount of his popularity was in him getting shot. That's not to say that he was a bad president. He was alright. I'd say more good than bad, but hardly who I'd consider to be the shining ideal of a president. He was a good speaker and you get the sense that he genuinely cared, which is more than I can say about those who were voted for in this election. Not counting Bernie Sanders, of course, who by the way, is like FDR, but more moderate by contrast, which says quite a bit about FDR. He was most socialist president we've ever had, during a time when anti-socialist rhetoric was common, and he was elected 4 times. But somehow, Bernie Sander's, who's policies are similar to that of much of the West, was apparently too unelectable.
Oh how the Democrats have fallen...
