One thing to consider.

NOONE knows the inner Trump. I suspect even Trump. This could literally go any direction. GOP congress is predictable... Trump. Roll the dice.

Not going to happen. Trump is naming Tom Price as HHS secretary. It will just go back to insurance on the open market, no basic plan but you can buy whatever Alabama is selling. Tort reform (does nothing, half the states already have it) and pre-existing conditions. So basically just going back to everyone buy insurance at whatever price. Oh and privatizing Medicare. That is planned for the second budget.
