This is the only tax return the American people have been allowed to see. & not because Mr. Trump shared it. Another thought concerning that particular return, if business or corporate losses, why was the almost $billion dollar loss declared on his personal return?

It's worth noting Mr. Trump ran as a "loud-mouthed, unethical, insufferable, & egomaniacle bully" - apparently that was a good 'selling point'.
Yes

It was another best seller when compared to Hillary. He could have shot someone on 5th Ave. and not lost a single voter. Stop He won. Time for the happy dance
Personally, lying to & defrauding the American people may have been a 'best seller' during the campaign ... however i think he'll find out sooner or later that lying to & defrauding the American people while President won't be such a winning strategy.

It figures, consistently, Mr. Trump would (& does) claim: "It doesn’t matter whether you play the people or not, it’s whether you win or lose."

Guess the Trump Org strategy could come in handy when negotiating the use of eminent domain/ condemnation on state and private - owned land along the Mexican border.

There are enormous gaps in the 700 mile wall erected during the Bush Admin to accommodate those with political clout including a university, private country clubs, resorts and gated HOA communities that did not want a wall to mar their views. Those opposed who did not have adequate political connections had no say. They did however appeal initial offers and recieved higher values for their land. It took years to sort it all out.

I look forward to the list of private property transfers that have occurred since 2015 to see who has chosen to invest in land the state will acquire at some future date.

Will exceptions continue to be made for those with political connections?

Trump Org was successful in persuading national and municipal governments to trade environmental and private concerns for job opportunities, a greater good and all that. . When the jobs never materialized, the people felt they were taken for a ride.

According to this link, it's challenging:

Phoenix-area golf courses continue to struggle

Nope.

I suspect he may bevmore concerned with who leaked and mailed it to the NYT from Trump Tower.

Former employee with access or an ex wife or child of ex wife?

Who knew the only jobs created by a win by the Trump family would be those of voluntary protesters?

His legal advisors told him there was no merit in suing NYT & would anyhow backfire on him by demand for release of his recent tax returns which would not be good for him.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. We do not need a wall. We need to enforce the immigration laws that we have. How about this. The 14th amendment is only applicable to those who immigrated here legally and the descendants of slaves, not to illegals. Birthright citizenship should never apply to those who come here the illegal way. Cut off all services to illegals. If you're found to be here illegally, summary deportation. Punish the businesses that hire illegals. That will stop alot of this stuff.

Trump has a big mouth and he'll say whatever he wants. However, he is also murky and crooked in his business practices. He might bring that to the White House.
