Why not use all that money for helping XXX (the homeless, the poor, the unemployed, the disabled, the children, etc.)?
Because the Ruling Class uses these liberal/Progressive ideas TO FEED THEIR OWN WEALTH AND POWER--not to make the world a better place. Federal income taxpayers have now spent spent over $24 trillion in the "War on Poverty," with another trillion spent every year--and the effect has been to stop the trend toward more self sufficiency, and instead create a permanent and ever-growing underclass that only was paid when it increased dependency. Unfortunately, this is exactly what Big Government wants--a working class that has to work insane hours to have anything left after taxes for their own families.
Of course, because making american great again means white men ruling. That's why the KKK and the alt right love him.
