The answer here is not in the government.

Democratic mayors and governors across the country have in return pledged to ignore federal law and will continue to harbor illegal immigrants.

Anyone caught doing anything wrong in any of these cities needs to fight the cities in enforcing any sort of laws and argue that if they can ignore the laws, so can the people. Yes, it will take a lot of people doing this to clog up the system but quit relying on politicians that do not follow up on their words to do things for you.

Does Texas even have a true sanctuary city? I don't believe Dallas or El Paso have any formal laws in this regard, just very loose policy.
