This is the right question. E-Verify is not flying high ! Ice offers all the training etc set up and questions answers etc to get it up n running. It's called the Image program . Few takers. It's not mandatory and they lobby regarding the penalties of I-9 failures. Which are actually negotiable. This is not news, media, tweet whatever. These are facts.
Until you make verify mandatory. Forget fixing any problems. Also. SS they know ss# is being used in TX And in PA at the same time at 2 different jobs. So? What they do about it? Nothing.
