Bank stocks have rallied since the election because Trump has made clear his intent to repeal Dodd Frank- too much regulation and all that. Will Congress support breaking up the big banks? Sanders and Warren will likely support.
Yes he wants top repeal Dodd-Frank due top unnecessary regulation that cause massive red tape & can only be overcome by massive, massive organizations. That leads to an unfair advantage for the mega-banks (surprise, surprise right?) & discriminates against community banks & credit unions.
He doesn't just want to repeal Dodd-Frank to give smaller banks a fair shake, but like Sanders & Warren he wants to reenact Glass Steagall, which would force banks to separate their activities, ensuring taxpayer funded FDIC only insures deposits, not risky investment banking, as happened with the bailouts.
A foundation is not a "for profit business". Neither she or the former president are owners of the foundation.
If she would have won, Mr Clinton would have had to step down from the board, and stop fundraising for it. It would have only been able to accept donations from US citizens, legal residents and US-based independent foundations. Any international work that was partially funded by foreign governments' aid programs, would have been moved to other organizations so they can continue.

Please be aware that “foundation” is not a legal term, so if an organization has the word in its name, do not assume that it is a grantmaking organization.
So the same thing as when she was Secretary of State then, except she didn't follow the rules? Hard to imagine her abiding by those rules once she became the boss, if she wouldn't follow them when she was the employee.
