This rings with some truth. I think that many of us see her as an exotic captive, held by the ultimate Ugly American and would cheer if she dumped him and set herself free.
The "wild bird" racket you describe, has a version that is carried out in this country, with the "white doves" that are set loose at weddings. It's a gesture symbolizing something, although I'm not sure just what. If freedom is its theme, a wedding seems the last place that would be celebrated. In fact, these birds are not doves, but rather a small variety of pigeon, that are much better flyers and smarter about survival than the highly-domesticated white doves. They don't go free, but make it back to their coops within minutes of release.
I don't see her as exotic, more calculating or maybe just a survivalist. Raised in a poor village, found a way to work illegally in the U.S. until meeting a rich husband. I've seen nothing to dissuade that and I've asked multiple times. The only information we have seen is the website that was deleted after it was discovered she didn't have a degree as claimed. Choosing anti-bullying as a cause just sounded funny considering her husband.
Any idea what you are talking about. It is not common for European immigrants to speak five languages. It is irrelevant what she has or has not done. Why don't you wait with silly comments until after the inauguration.

I happen to believe that if you're going to go around passing judgements and making negative comments about of someone else's looks, then you better have some credibility. THAT is my opinion, and it's a good one.

I will be curious how Karen Pence will be referenced by Republicans should Mike Pence run next. As a potential First Lady, will her looks be a help or a hindrance? For those saying it doesn't matter, half the posts on this thread are about Melania Trump's looks and no accomplishments have been mentioned even after this many pages.

There are no accomplishments other than being Trump's third wife and able to sit on a gold toilet every day.
I don't need a safe space. You need to quit behaving in a petulant manner. Your "safe space" comment tells me that you can't take when someone takes criticism to your comments. One of us seems to need a safe space, but it isn't me.

We can't count English as one of her languages though, she can barely speak it without being coached.
