The company’s project to promote “coming to grips with racism” was touted at its “American Healing Conference.” The conference promised to “move the conversation from hope to possibility.”
I'll go out on a limb and guess that the diversity loon at Ohio State who sympathized with the terrorist attended this conference.
Kellogg had a boatload of cartoonish characters over the years - everyone knows Tony the Tiger but there are dozens of obscure characters which had short cartoon and/or cereal box lives.
One is a caveman called Ogg. Surely someone will soon make a Trump caricature out of Ogg, if theyhave not already done so.
A stocky little caveman named Ogg represented the cereal from 1967 to 1970. In commercials he was joined by his wife, Kell (Kell-Ogg, get it?), Marty and a cow named Charlie.
Am I the only one that found that article's title kinda silly? "Far-Left Cereal Giant." How is it we live in a world where that can be a headline that people take seriously? CNN is no better, but that's the point. CNN isn't better but regular readers of this seem to be under the impression that Breitbart is.
To address the topic, boycott whatever you want. It's silly to think it will catch on. Chick-Fil-A, which a search revealed is a victim according to Breitbart, is doing fine because it's big political controversy didn't last, as they often don't. And that was what, 4 or 5 years ago? Today's news stories last a couple hours. Most who are calling for a boycott on Twitter will definitely eat a pop-tart within a month.
Also, their political statements hardly qualify as far left, but Breitbart is just capitalizing on the fact that 1) racial tension is easy money these days when it comes to whatever passes for journalism these days and 2) that few people who talk about "the left and the right" have ever once thought about what these things mean and how they can be measured.
Kellogg's pulled their adverts from Breitbart News when people complained and supports some kumbaya groups and conferences but said nothing about Trump or his supporters. This is what American News is though.
