You have me totally confused. I thought liberals favored female rights, and the rights of the GLBTQ community. How does that square with throwing gays off of cliffs?
They would be against them for being anti-gay, not for being a Muslim.
To answer the question. Liberals are not protective of islamic culture we just don't hate people because they follow the religion of islam. That is the difference between Liberals and Republicans.
By claiming that it's all about feelings you have actually illustrated that difference quite well.

I am not "protective" of any extremist. When it comes to the non-violent Christians, Muslims, Jews, and Hindus, I will always be in favor of protecting their right to worship as they wish, as long as they don't try to force it on anyone else.
There is a big difference between worship/belief and violence, and they should not be confused with one another.
I said we don't like islamic culture but we see each muslim as a person so we don't write them off like: "Oh, their muslim so they must enjoy throwing gay people off buildings."
Also female rights are as much cultural as they are linked to religion. Islam actually was very progressive, early on. In fact one of the first islamic cultural practices was allowing women to divorce their husbands. Unlike you guys I am from Nigeria which is 50% muslim. While I am a Christian, my parents especially my mom lived her entire life around muslims. The cvity were she was from was 60% Christian and 30% muslim. For her while she doesn't agree with all their teachings it is impossible for me or them to hate a muslim just because that person is muslim. So liberals favor female rights and LGBTQ community and also favor the rights of muslims. In fact the most pro-LGBT person I know is a muslim girl. Their are 1 million muslims in the U.S and a few million gays clearly their not incompatable. Istanbul also has a huge gay community. I just don't understand why Liberals are so quick to attack Christians about declaring war on women for wanting to prevent abortions, meanwhile they will make every excuse in the book to defend Muslim culture. In Saudi Arabia women aren't even allowed to drive a car. A married woman can get sent to prison if she is raped by another man. A husband can physically beat his wife with little to no risk of being charged. The list goes on and on.
Simple reason why. They hate everything to do with the USA, they hate our laws, despise our culture and traditions, really don't like that we have a majority white race, and are afraid of our majority Christian faith.
So everything that is different from the norms and traditions, and the majority, is celebrated. If it deviates from what America is, then it's good.
I don't see it. Not all Muslims are anti-LGBT. While there is likely a significant overlap, it would not be correct to say that being a Muslim *must* mean they're anti-LGBT.

Liberals are wait for it, majority white, majority christian and 99% Americans yet they hate Americans, whites and Christianity. You talk about hypocrisy look at the hypocrisy here. Even our candidate went to church more than Trump did and was more stereotypical white American than Trump with his wife's background.
