He's half right. A lot of people definitely SHOULD step aside and never return, but he's not targeting a big enough audience. I'd put it at ages 18-81.

If he's talking about the House, I agree. All the Democratic House leaders are old. Except for raising money, they have no talent. They are like the Politburo in the USSR: old and owed.

As far as the nation, time is taking care of it.
