Just because some conservatives are apathetic doesn't mean that the majority of the population against marriage equality are conservative. Try something else? I'm pointing out something that's blatantly obvious.

I only know one conservative who cares about any of that. All but one are for rights of those in the LGBTQ community.
More people would be aware of this if they got out of their liberal social circle.

Same here, most people that I know that identify even remotley as conservative dont even have gay marriage on their radar. Most just want to earn a living and not have the government trying to control their lives.

I always say I'm all over with my politics and don't feel I fit in either party, so I agree with you there. Both extremes are bat****e crazy.

Exactly. Live and let live. The one person I know who is super religious and thinks homosexuality is a sin was shocked when only son came out of the closet. Karma. God will teach you to love those who are different somehow.
