Here is a solution for all of us who are angry about how our taxes are spent. We can each sign a contract with our state and government which dictates we will still pay our taxes, at current or increased rates (if we so choose) BUT we get to choose where our tax money goes.

For example:

I will pay for social safety net programs like welfare, housing, SS, WIC, food stamps, energy assistance, utility assistance.

I will pay for education.

I will pay ONLY for veterans/active duty benefits like healthcare, wages, pension, housing and education.

I will pay for police officers, firefighters, first responders.

I will NOT pay for wars and all that includes.

I will NOT pay for religious based schools, grants, etc.

I will NOT pay for corporate welfare.

I will NOT pay for police officers, military to protect the interests of private corporations.

It seems like a fair deal for all. We still pay for programs but only the people who agree with the spending of their chosen programs will pay for said programs.

Can we refuse to sign the contract and just opt out of taxes?

Only if you agree to not partake of any of the services government provides.

No more tax loopholes, forgiveness, etc. for anyone. ALL income no matter its source will be taxed.

That's actually not true. They just don't make enough money, under the current tax code, to pay. That doesn't mean lack an income.

So do I and don't forget to remove the govt. monopoly on any services it might have so as to allow free market competition.

Deal where do I sign up... love to not have to follow government regulations and be immune to any prosecution for any law violations since it would technically partake in government services...
