I just saw this guy on NBC pushing Santcuary cities to fight Trumps laws which is to deport illegals.. whats wrong with that!
Only a Hispanic Supremacist would want to keep thier illegal latino people here!! OutLaws are runnimg Law!
Oh c'mon, he's doing the job Americans don't want to do....
If I read it correctly, he graduated from law school in 2011 (pre DACA). So at the time he graduated he was not even legally able to work in the US.
So clearly when he graduated from law school he knew he was breaking immigration laws by remaining in the US but yet somehow New York decided that this did not demonstrate any "character and fitness" flaws? He then spent his time as an immigration activist (read illegal alien trying to change the laws of a foreign country) even though with that drive and determination I am sure he could have figured out how to become a legal immigrant or at least try being such a lover of US law and all. And now he is being sued for trespassing charges in Iowa related to his activism. All of this just screams "character and fitness" IMO.
Meanwhile it looks like the state courts want to supersede federal immigration laws. Seems to boil down to that..which if you really think about it basically means that the state of NY doesn't want to be part of the US b/c if you can't control your citizenship then are you really a country????
