Being smart and being ignorant are not mutually exclusive. For example Ben Carson is a brilliant neurosurgeon, but completely clueless with regard to political affairs.
It's also possible to be smart but believe in very stupid things.
Just sayin'..being smart doesn't mean you're not ignorant w/ regard to a particular subject or set of subjects.
What about the woman who thought she was going to trounce Trump and ignored her successful politician husband's advise to campaign in the rust belt states?
She seemed pretty ignorant to me.
Is that the same lady who tripped getting in the airplane and had a permanent smirk on her face when she thought Donald was going down? Oh, I think I remember her... the lady with the dull, lifeless hair, skin drained of color and holding back tears because she was not elected?
I wondered at HUD too but didn't he start out in absolute poverty etc? Think he came from poverty hunger to all his accomplishments so maybe he has something to offer to those young ones growing up in the same situation. Maybe he is a great manager, executive, etc. we don't know.
therefore I wouldn't embarrass myself by calling him ignorant. He is not a seasoned politician but I don't think that makes him ignorant
If he is capable of becoming a neurosurgeon, then has the fortitude to be a secretary of HUD... I think it is racist of liberals to assume a black man can't do it, especially one that is also a NEUROSURGEON... you liberals are the biggest racist and I can't believe your followers are so blind...
