He doesn't want to keep hearing what intelligence officials say about what Russia did to help his campaign, and that he maybe the first president in American history to have a asterisk beside his name.

Didn't you also tell us that Trump wouldn't win the election?

Apparently Putin didn't like Trumps odds for winning either and he did something about it.

The Bin Laden operation under Obama was the last one I remember.

I hope Trump has people who can guide him through all the intelligence lies and BS that are fed to US heads of state, I really do. I would be satisfied if he could do this one task well.
Are you saying the CIA briefings that warned Bush in advance of a major hit on the U.S. were lies?

Contrary to your *opinion*, MANY who did not support Trump (left and right) more than slightly expected he would win, and feared it. The complacent Democrats who were sure Hillary was a shoo-in did not turn out in enough numbers to vote, or were disgusted with the both candidates and did not bother to vote.

ETA: There are other higher forces behind Trump that are telling him what to do. He doesn't have to know, just like W didn't.

Did you know that when the first plane hit the WTC in New York, the CIA official who ran the office in charge of determining what al-Qaeda was doing was in the parking lot at Langley, talking with a colleague?

Another Agency officer came running outside and told him that a plane had just crashed into the WTC.

The guy in charge looked up in the sky and said, "So that's what they were planning..."

So if the guy at the CIA in charge of knowing what was coming didn't know, and if the CIA itself didn't know, and the CIA wrote the PDB (back then), how exactly was Bush to know?

Facts are stubborn things.

  • So you state that Obama's FBI, CIA, DOJ, NSA all failed to detect a huge Russian conspiracy to prevent Hillary Clinton from winning the election?
Or
  • Obama didn't bother with those intelligence briefings.
Your choice.

The Snowflake Administration didn't want to thwart Operation Trumpgate, they just wanted to moan and whine about it.

They may have known in real time that it was happening. It would not have been prudent to stop the process of the campaign or the election. If you remember the Obama's administration was saying all along that they were concerned that Russia was meddling so they infact did not fail to detect it. Trump will have an asterisk by his name in the history books. I don't think Congress will be as quick to turn over the keys to America to Putin as Trump is , they may make Putin pay for the very implication that he was involved. by keeping oil prices down over the winter. Makes one wonder if selecting an oil exec to head the state department was Putin's idea instead of Trump's.
