Trump is appointing four generals to oversee various foreign and domestic security posts, including Flynn who leaked the 2012 DIA report critical of the CIA in Syria and whom the media seems to be targeting now for removal from consideration. There are also several oil industry executives appointed who might want to see a more business-friendly foreign policy approach to Russia and Iran. The State/CIA has made several major blunders and would rather continue to suck in the military to fix their mistakes.

If the Russians obtained documents damaging to the Clinton campaign, it's really no different than what saw carried out against Trump with the negative stories in the press. It appears that the media is in a similar position as with the Snowden leaks. If the information is made public, they have to report it.
A foreign power hacking into the DNC & RNC is the same as a news story that paints Trump in a bad light, seriously.

The Trump following can attempt to distort and rewrite the facts and to create an alternate reality, but 25% of the country is nowhere near a "tidal wave". It is a minority.

Enjoy the read, but if you are troubled by an American Election untainted by Russian hacking, if you care about American Values, you need to call your congressional representatives and demand action on an illegal take over of our American Government by a FOREIGN POWER.
If you don't care then you are as guilty as the Russian Gov in stealing an election.

It's clear that Russia interfered in the campaign and maybe the election.
Unless you are like Trump and believe our intelligence community, which is made up of 16 agencies and thousands of employees, is lying to bolster the campaign of Hillary Clinton.
How about if they are bolstering a lie to further provoke and escalate a new cold war in order to maintain both their employment and significance.
Hopefully Trump has plans to shrink those 16 agencies down to possibly one or two, and by many many thousands of federal employees.
We can refer to them in many terms, agents, etc......but at the end of the day they're really only over-paid bureaucrats.
You know, I'm not in support of Russia trying to tamper with our election, but the US Government doesn't have a leg to stand on with our record of tampering with governments and trying to "install democracy" Elections have consequences, and messing with other countries governments has consequences too, its called blow back.
That is what the CIA has verified so far. This may be the tip of the iceberg a full investigation should be done.
The extent of the hack by the Russians hasn't been determined yet.
