When the issue of people running in 2020 came up with Sanders in the room, he said he found it ridiculous to ask anyone at all about that. He said the media should be more concerned about the issues that actually concern Americans rather than worrying about an election that happens in 4 years, especially given that current president elect isn't even in office yet.

Because I thought it was funny, he imitated the media in these comments, sarcastically saying "what about you? You look like you have money? You wanna run for president?"

Point being, Sanders hasn't addressed this. Anyone who says yes or no is purely speculating. I think it's possible, but unlikely.
