To be fair bogus universities have benefited for a long time under Obama.....U of Phoenix grew at a rate of 2 Ohio State Univ's/yr for 7 straight years. They have their name on a NFL stadium. When you hear about the student loan crisis, this is where its coming from. Private for profit schools that the US Govt gave students 100% backed federal loans with 0 collateral....Yeha Trump U might be a joke but so are dozens of other phony schools.
