The playing field is not level by any means. I used to work for a college district, claiming they don't discriminate but practice a strong non-white hiring and admissions bias. The instructors they do hire have an agenda to teach their revised history but love the tax payer dollars.
Ethics and responsibility reflect ones character; tax payer handouts don't cure the problem.
It wouldn't have to do with not being qualified would it? It is very difficult to find blacks who are qualified for hi skilled jobs.

If that were true, the OOW birth rate would be the same regardless of race. It's not. So again, what religion advocates a higher than 70% OOW birth rate in the Black community?

your post assumes religion and race are equal, they arent.
Black people are significantly more religious than whites.
again, the actual number of those people is more than the number of blacks.
"rate" would only matter if everything was completely independent and seperate .
those bastardized whites and blacks both interact with you and the white ones out number the blacks
The fact is statistics show overwhelmingly kids who grew up in two parent homes are much less likely to end up in prison and if you factor out the bastardization rate the white versus black crime and poverty rates converge dramatically.
Why do white men feel qualified to lecture other communities on how to succeed as an oppressed group in society?

And are you saying that bringing children into this world without a dad to help and financial means isn't a problem? Man those kids don't stand a chance when they didn't do a damn thing to deserve it.
