The electoral college isn't a provision and it's clear you don't understand what anachronistic means.

you are talking about the 3/5ths provision? the one that was ABOLISHED with the 14th amendment?

I'm not a fan of politicians ignoring states.
And Wyoming would love for Hillary to take a stroll thru on her way to Arizona.

The swing states change over time. California used to be a swing state when Reagan was governor of California. The district of Columbia gets 3 democratic votes each election and nobody politics there nor does anybody clamor for change.

The national only needs one more GOP governor and new amendments can be passed but democrats won't be the ones pushing the amendments since hardly any governors are democrats.

Do the schools still teach that Jefferson Davis, the leader of the Southern confederate?
