Deport them to Mexico, who will send them back over to commit more crimes? Force employer compliance by verifying every employee is working legally by a certain date and a significant number of them will self deport prior to the deadline as they did in Yuma Az. prior to an E-Verify deadline back in Jan 09 if memory serves on the date.
They beat feet out of there like a pack of rats flowing over a landfill; of course they took everything that wasn't nailed down (and a lot that was) with them. When the deadline was found to be just another panacea and false agenda .......they flooded right back.
Deport them all. We're a nation of laws, and it's time we start following them.
Those that were deported would never be allowed back. Once a criminal, always a criminal. We need to create a law that makes returning after deportation a death penalty offense. THEN it will either stop immediately, or stop after enough lethal injections. Makes no difference to me, as it's their call.
Those that applied legally would continue the process.
It's pretty simple really. And wouldn't cost that much...
1. Require every employer to use e-verify.
2. "take the cuffs" off the border patrol, and let them do their job. (Obama has ordered them to stand-down and watch illegals enter our country)
3. Any illegal person who has an encounter with the police gets deported. And I mean put on a bus to Tijuana that day.
